My raw miso soup recipe is one of my favorite raw soup recipes. It’s simple, delicious and filling. You can eat it cold, or slightly heated. It’s great either way. Enjoy!
Base.
Ingredients:
1 T hemp seeds
1 T miso paste
1 cup (or more) raw almond mylk
Nama Shoyu to taste
ground ginger to taste
sea salt to taste
cayenne to taste
chili pepper flakes to taste
½ T or more cold pressed sesame oil
purified water (as needed)
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and mix well until smooth. Adjust seasonings as needed. Pour into a mixing bowl and set aside.
Add-ins.
Ingredients:
mushrooms (various varieties)
spinach
red bell pepper
raw corn kernels
green onions
minced garlic parsley
dulse flakes
Preparation:
Use as much of the add-ins as desired. Slice mushrooms thin. Finely chop red bell pepper and green onions. Tear spinach into small pieces. Fold-in veggie mixture into the base broth and mix well. Garnish with dulse flakes, and serve.
