I love having a variety of snack foods to munch on throughout the day. This recipe is a great snacking recipe, as it’s sweet, crunchy, but not too heavy on the tummy. Before getting started, I recommend you soak about a cup of raw sesame seeds for about 12-14 hours. You will use them in this recipe, and the soaking does make a difference. I think you will find that this recipe will remind you of a coco crispy marsh mellow treat, but without the refined sugar and additives. Be sure to make several batches that you can store for a few days. It’s definitely an addicting raw food snack!
