“Why should you eat a high raw food diet?” people ask.

Well, it’s very simple really. Eating fresh raw and living foods is the best way to nourish, heal, and maintain the body, creating optimal well-being, and longevity.

So you are probably wondering then, “Okay then, so what’s wrong with the food we eat now?”

“Nothing really, unless you are one of many people who eat mostly from a Standard American Diet (SAD), which includes a lot of processed, chemically treated, over heated, genetically modified food, that’s loaded with sugar, refined flour, MSG, and your meals are heavy on the animal flesh, dairy, and so forth…”

The PROBLEM with the SAD diet is that these foods are not only hard on the digestive system, but don’t provide adequate nourishment for the body. If anything, for the minimal amount of nutrients absorbed, most bodies end up overworking the digestive system to breakdown the food, resulting in elimination difficulties, inability to absorb nutrients necessary to fight against autoimmune disorders, and just overall poor health.

“Why do you think so many people on the planet have hard protruding guts, and are overweight? Or the thousands of people who suffer from diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, chronic fatigue, IBS – the list of illnesses and diseases go on!”

That’s why, the solution is SIMPLE. Change the way you eat, and improve your health! I’m not saying you have to be a purest. I’m saying you have to at least make the effort to eliminate those food items (if you can call it food) from your diet indefinitely!

The best food to eat is fresh raw fruits, vegetables, sprouts, leafy greens, seaweed, nuts and seeds. However, it’s important to remember that a balanced diet still means balance. So, be sure to eat a variety of these foods, since each group provides certain nutrients and minerals necessary for the body to thrive.

Transitioning is not as hard as you think either! I made the change just two years ago, and I’m glad I did! Not only have I lost a lot of weight naturally, but I have also improved my over health tremendously! I no longer suffer from chronic IBS symptoms, or fatigue, I have a lot more energy, and look and feel younger – and my chronic back pain is basically non-existent…what more could I ask for? I feel GREAT! It’s all because of RAW FOOD.
