The other morning I used the frozen gojis with blueberries I had, plus other berries, and then “kick-it-up a notch” for a “Bam” of a berry shake! Try it for yourself. It’s full of super anti-oxidants, vitamin C, and so much more super food!!! 🙂

Ingredients:
1 cup goji berries (hydrated and frozen)
1 cup blueberries (frozen)
2 bananas
1/4 cup pineapple (frozen chunks)
1/4 cup pitted cherries (frozen)
1/4 cup raspberries (frozen)
1/4 cup strawberries (frozen)
1T maca powder
1T lucuma powder
1T raw protein (optional)
1T raw oatmeal
1T shredded coconut
1T raw almond butter
1T raw coconut butter or Artisana’s goji bliss butter
1T raw cacao nibs
2 tsp. vanilla powder or scraped vanilla bean
2 tsp. acai powder
2 tsp. noni powder
2 tsp. raw honey or several drops SweetLeaf liquid stevia
6oz coconut water
handful raw sliced or chopped almonds
purified ice and purified water to cover
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and mix until very smooth and frothy like a shake. Ready to serve – and “Bam” you are energized! 🙂
